Kaushik Ramachandran - BITS Pilani, IIM Lucknow, Founder Director, Kaushik has over 20 years of experience in Finance Industry in various roles. After his MBA from IIM Lucknow, he joined India’s most reputed Software Product Company i-flex solutions where he was based in Tokyo & Seoul and was responsible for Banking Software solutions business for i-flex solutions. After that Kaushik worked as Director – Marketing (Western Europe) based in London for Caritor Inc (IT services company), He returned to India in 2005 to promote Financial Planning which is his passion. Kaushik successfully set up a new company for IMS Learning Resources India’s which is one of India’s top 50 education Services Company. During his tenure at IMS Kaushik was responsible for providing Training and consulting to Banks, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Securities Firms and trained over 15000 professionals in Wealth Management in a short span of 5 years. In 2012 Kaushik along with 6 Certified Financial Planners founded Dyota Solutions, with an objective of helping individuals and families achieve financial goals faster, safer and with least stress. Dyota solutions has created proprietary tool Kit “imoneyplant Personal Finance System” through which EFWAP workshops are conducted to help achieve the objective of promoting Financial Well being.
Deepak Krishnan – MBA, CFP Director - Dyota Solutions: After his MBA Deepak worked for Citibank and Deutsche Bank in their Private Banking division. His passion for financial planning and wealth management made him join IMS Proschool, leading education provider in Financial Planning. Deepak has trained more than 500 employees of ICICI Bank, Kotak Securities, HDFC Mutual Funds, Daiwa Asset Management, Franklin Templeton, SBI, IDBI etc. Deepak also co-authored India’s leading Financial Planning certification exam preparation book
Aroon Kumar Sahoo – M Tech, CFP Director - Dyota Solutions: A Passionate trainer in the field of Financial Planning, has trained more than 400 Financial Advisers. Prior to this Aroon worked as Chemical Engineer with a leading Organozations like Asian Paints, Henkel etc. Arun is also an expert in Finance Course Content, he is actively engaged with creating content for India's Leading Finance Certification issuing body NCFM of National Stock Exchange of India.

Nipin has 13 years of achievement driven experience spread across Education, Telecom & Financial Sector. He has distinctive experience in launching and managing employee induction, attrition control and productivity improvement Training Projects, developing training solutions (Content, Train the Trainer programs etc) and implementation of structured learning path for various employee levels. In his previous assignment with Bharti Axa Life Insurance Company as Area Training Manager, he was responsible for cyclical process of assessing performance gaps, selecting appropriate training methodology and ensuring smooth rollouts through his reporting training team.
